Over the past thirteen years I’ve come to know James very well, not only on a personal level but also on a professional level as an extremely competent electronics technician. He is a highly focused, ethical individual and I am confident he will make a valuable contribution to the marine industry in the BVI.

Jim has always been able to resolve any issues that arise expeditiously, has implemented new systems to the highest standard and has also provided wise counsel on how to optimize and extend our systems when needed.

Sure Power Ltd has done many jobs on the Necker Belle, and help us hugely with replacing and upgrading our navigation and sailing equipment, as well as trouble shooting a lot of electric problems we have had on board. We would hire James on board without hesitation.

It would have been just that easy for Jim to have tie wrapped the offending issue and let me sail off and deal with it down the road. But that is not how he works. It had to be perfect.
